Currently on the market using ICC 82 ,ICC 09 and PICC clauses ,the respective terrns on the period of liability v呵，and even for the same terrn the practice also has different understanding. Therefore , it is neces- saηto study these terrns clause according to the principles of interpretation identified in terrns of intention. This paper will , by combining various provisions conceming the period of liability in these three terrns , analyze them in terrns of specific words , examine coverage of the various liability under the terrns , and discuss the correction and remedy for these terrns by combining the principle of insurable interest during the analysis.
