Connotation of salary
(I) concept of remuneration
Salary (Compensation) refers to all forms of remuneration received by employees. Includes direct or indirect remuneration including salary, benefits and insurance. There are different forms of pay: mental and material; tangible and intangible; monetary and non monetary; internal and external; and so forth (as shown in figures 5 - 1).
(two) the concept of salary
Salary is the abbreviation of salary and salary.
