【审稿状态】初审 【开始时间】2013-9-5 11:40:27 【审稿意见】有几个问题请注意： 1、作者单位标记不全； 2、文中方法上没有随机分组。 【结束时间】2013-11-5 10:11:46 【稿件下载】点击下载初审稿件 肩三针穴位注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗肩关节周围炎 朱婵1 丁晓燕1 李浪平 王健 史东平* 顾明红2 【摘要】目的：观察肩三针穴位注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例确诊为肩周炎的患者随机分成三组，每组各30例，A组采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗；B组肩三针穴位注射治疗；C组采用肩三针联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。3组患者均每周一次，连续治疗3周。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS法）分别评估治疗前、治疗周VAS评分，。治疗后1周、时，两组VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低（P0.01），但组上述时间点的VAS评分较A组显著降低（P0.0）3组治疗后临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，显效率分别为83.3%，86.7%，96.7%；根据卡方检验的结果，C组疗效优于A组和B组。结论：在肩周炎的治疗中，肩三针穴位注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射，疗效优于单纯使用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射以及单纯肩三针穴位注射治疗方法，且安全性高，在临床上具有一定治疗价值。 关键词：肩周炎；肩三针； 玻璃酸钠 Treatment of Scapulohumeral periarthrits by point injection combined with sodium hyaluronate injection.
