Three point two Reasons for lack of water 3.2.1 The operator was careless and didnt monitor the water level or mistake it. 3.2.2 The malfunction of the water supply automatic regulator was not found in time. 3.2.3 The water level meter indicates incorrect operation of the operator. 3.2.4 Failure of water supply pipe or feed pump makes water pressure drop 3.2.5 Boiler blowdown valve leakage or discharge without contact and fire. 3.2.6 Water wall tube, convection tube or economizer pipe wall rupture. 3.2.7 The isolating valve core falls off on the water supply pipeline. Three point three Treatment of water shortage 3.3.1 When the boiler pressure and feed water pressure are normal, while the water level in the drum falls to the normal water level (i.e., slight water shortage), the following measures should be adopted: A. carries out the comparison of the water level meters and the cleaning of the drum water level gauge to check whether the instructions are correct.
