The solution is to replace the base metal or to adopt a welding rod with low hydrogen residue. 2., welding parts are not clean, but also easy to produce air holes. Therefore, the welding site requires the removal of oil, rust and other dirt before welding. The use of low hydrogen electrode, welding requirements more stringent. 3. excessive welding current.
