China) Abstract , Under the new norrnal , ecological restoration is irnperative in rnining wasteland. The Public--Private Partnership (PPP) innovation rnanagernent rnodel has the inherent driving force to rnake the innovation of concept. technology and in- stitution possible. Based on the analysis of the current ecological restoration in mining wasteland projects , this paper ana- lyzes the contract relationship and project stakeholders of PPP. Based on the two key stakeholders of public sectors and private enterpríses , it constructs the garne frame. According to the analysis of the garne equilibrium between the pub!ic and private , it discusses the rnechanisrn problems and forrns the frarne of pub!ic-private cooperation rnechanisrn. Finally , in order to maxirnize the econornic , social and ecological benefits. advices should be !odged by the government. enterprises and intermediary agencies on constructing the garne frame.
