34带触摸功能的TFT液晶显示模块.DOCVIP

摘 要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高，迅速发展的数字摄影已应用在计算机、通信、电子、交通、旅游、医疗、军事等各行各业需要图像的领域。而高像素化、小型化、多功能化、时尚化的数码相机已在市场上呈爆炸性增长趋势。本系统采用ARM Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103C8T6作为微处理器，结合带3Mbit存储器的OV7670图像传感器、TF存储卡、GPS模块、带触摸的TFT液晶等设备，以FAT16文件系统，设计并实现了摄像，照片与图像浏览，电子书浏览，GPS导航定位等功能为一体的简易数码相机。 关键词：STM32F103C8T6；OV7670；TF卡；TFT液晶；GPS模块；FAT16 Abstract As people living standard rise ceaselessly, the rapid development of digital photography has been used in computer, communications, electronics, transportation, tourism, medical, military and other industries need to image field.
