2009～2010年我国焊管工业运行情况及可持续发展建议

摘 要：分析了2009年以来我国焊管工业的运行情况 ：2009年产量持续大幅增长，表观消费量增速加快，
油气输送钢管需求旺盛 ，但焊管出口形势依然严峻 ，总体装备和技术水平快速提升，技术进步和新产品开发取得
新进展：2010年我国焊管工业前三季度运行基本平稳，下半年焊管产量能否稳定则存在不确定因素，石油管出口
比例继续下降。对我国焊管工业可持续发展提出了几点建议 ：转变增长方式，从单纯建设新线向提高焊管产业集
中度转变；加强技术改造和人才培养 ，提高企业技术实力；积极开拓新的国际市场；重视新产品开发。

Abstract：Madeinthepaperisan analysisrelatedtothegeneralsituationofoperation ofdomesticweld
pipeindustrysince2009．In2009，thetotaloutputisgoingupcontinuouslyandconsiderably；theapparentcon—
sumptionamountisincreasedmorerapidly；demandsforgas／oillinepipesareinthepeak；meanwhiletheexport
situationforweld pipesremainedgrim asbefore；Theequipmentand technicallevelsingeneralareimproved
fast，whilemoreachievementsintechnologydevelopmentandnew productR D areobtained．Andin2010，the
operationoftheindustryisgenerallysmoothinthefirstthreequarters，whereasitisnotsurewhethersuchsituation
continuesornotduetosomevariablefactors．Andinthisyeartheexportproportionofoilpipeskeepsgoingdown．
Severalsuggestionsareputforwardforsustainabledevelopmentofdomesticweldpipeindustry，includingchanging
thegrowthmodefrom buildingupnewproductionlinesonlytoenhancingtheconcentrationleveloftheweldpipe
industry,strengtheningtechnicalupgradingandpersonneltraining，enhancingthetechnicalcapacityofenterprises
