内江地区院前急救疾病谱分析【摘要】目的:了解内江地区院前急救主要疾病谱以提高院前急救水平。方法 回顾性归纳总结近2年4347例资料完整的院前急救病例,进行疾病谱分类。结果 男女之比为1.28:1;20～39岁占57.19%;院前急救疾病谱前6位是创伤、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病及各种中毒,占总救治人数84.93%;其他如妇产科系统及儿科、五官科系统、卫生心理疾病分别占2.05～2.48%创伤是院前急救疾病谱的最主要组成部分占42.51%,交通事故频发是主要原因;院前死因前4位:创伤、心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、各种中毒。结论 创伤、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病、各种中毒的抢救是内江地区院前急救主要对象。同时20~39岁患者是急救主体，因此要重点加强医护对以上各类疾病的急救技术培训及综合能力培养，而且在各时段急救呼叫不规则分布，因此24小时排班要保证急救人力均衡，合理安排人力物力 【关键词】院前急救 疾病谱 【中图分类号】R472【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1044-5511（2011）10-0013-02 【Abstract】Objective To understand the major disease spectrum of prehospital first aid in Neijiang City, so as to improve the prehospital first aid level. Method Retrospectively summarizing 4347 cases of prehospital first aid in recent two years and categorizing them by disease spectrum. Outcome Of all the cases, the ratio of men and women was 1.28:1 and those aged between 20 and 39 constituted 57.19%.The first six diseases of the prehospital first aid disease spectrum included trauma, neurological diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, digestive system diseases and various poisonings, accounting for 84.93% of the total cases. Other diseases in relation to gynecologic and obstetric, pediatric, and ENT department, and mental diseases ranged from 2.05% to 2.48%. Trauma was the major component of the disease spectrum, which occupied 42.51% and was mainly caused by high frequency of traffic accidents. The first four causes of death of prehospital first aid were trauma, cardiovascular diseases, neurological system diseases and all kinds of poisonings.Conclusionspatients with trauma, , neurological diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, digestive system diseases or various poisoningswere the major targeted objects for prehospital first aid. Meanwhile, it more frequently happened to the age group of 20 - 39.
