新形势下高职院校辅导员工作的新思路 　　［摘 要］ 高职院校辅导员是保证高职院校学生健康成长成才的重要力量，他们只有根据新形势的 发展 需要，不断调整工作思路，做到整体 教育 与个体教育的融合、课堂教育与 社会 实践教育的融合、 科学 教育与科学管理的融合、团队教育与目标教育的融合、 网络 教育与自我教育的融合，才能充分发挥好辅导员的教育功能和作用。 　　［关键词］ 高职院校；新形势；新思路；辅导员 　　Abstract:Vocational college counselors serve as the force of guaranteEing students healthy development. Only by adjusting thEIr thoughts to the new situation, by combining group and individual education, class and society education, scientific education and management, team and target education, internet and self-teaching education can counselors play a full and effective role. 　　Key word
