It includes the life exist ence right and the valuable property right of life. Since the legislat ion of neighborhood r elat ion is relat ed t o the wealth and existence inter - est of each sides , which are in neighborhood relat ion and it plays a role of an adj ustor of conflicts between rights and interests. Therefore , much attention should be paid to the legislat ion of neighborhood relat ion.
