天然产物研究与开发 Nat Prod Res Dev，2007，19：422425 文章编号：1001-6880{2007)Suppl-0422-04 益妙保尔金米胶囊对胃癌细胞株(MFC)体内外生长的影响 胡炜彦，张荣平 ，李玛琳，刘 旭 昆明医学院，昆明650031 摘 要：为研究益妙保尔金米胶囊对小鼠胃癌细胞株(MFC)体内外生长的影响，本文采用改良MTr法，测定益 妙保尔金米胶囊对小鼠胃癌细胞株(MFC)体外生长的抑制率，计算半数抑制浓度IC∞。将加只MFC胃癌皮下 接种模型小鼠随机分成4组：对照组(等体积生理盐水)、康力欣胶囊组(康力欣胶囊粉末，0．075 s／2o g／日)、低 剂量组(益妙保尔金米胶囊粉末，0．0834 s／2o g／日)、高剂量组(益妙保尔金米胶囊粉末，0．2501 s／2o g／日)。 均采用接种5 d后灌胃给药法，持续给药8 d，停药24 h处死动物。剥离肿瘤，称重并计算抑瘤率；取出脾脏及胸 腺，称重并计算脾指数及胸腺指数。结果表明：益妙保尔金米胶囊无踢显的抑制小鼠胃癌细胞株(MFC)体外生 长的活性，对小鼠胃癌细胞株(MFC)体内生长显示出了一定的抑制作用，与生理盐水组比较，高剂量组的抑瘤 率为29．35％，低剂量组的抑瘤率为20．53％。益妙保尔金米胶囊粉末对小鼠胃癌细胞株(MFC)体内生长有一 定的抑制作用，但无明显的量效关系。 关键词：胃癌；益妙保尔金米胶囊；抑瘤率 中图分类号：R285 文献标识码：A Effect of Yimiaobao’erjinmi Capsule on Growth of Stomach Cancer MFC HU Wei—yan，ZHANG Rong—ping ，LI Ma—lin，Liu Xu Kunming Medine College，Kunming 650031，China Abstract：To investigate the effects of Yimiaobao’e珂inmi capsule，a selective cancer inhibitor on growth of MFC store- ach cancer in mice，the improved method MTr was used to test Yimiaobao’ inmi capsule’S inhibitory rate on the mice stomach carcinoma een line MFC，compute the IC5o．The mice stomach carcinoma cen line MFC was implanted snhcuta- neously in kunmlng mice．The mice Were randomly divided into 4 groups：control group(saline solution)，kan#xln cap- sule group(kang lixin capsule，0．075 g·20 g·d )，high group(Yimiaobao’erjinmi capsule powder，0．2501 g·20 g · d )，low group(Yimiaobao’erjinmi capsule powder，0．0834 g·20 g·d )．Au drugs were given to stomach afterim- planted the carcinoma cell line MFC 5 days．The mice were sacrificed after given drugs 8 days，the tumors，the spleen and the thymus Were processed for examination．Th e msults showed that compared witll the negative control g
