Risk Evaluation and Control of Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises Alliance A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhang Yankun Supervisor：Prof.Wang Jianwei Chang’an University， Xi’an ， China 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 为应对激烈的市场竞争，作为市场主体的中小物流企业逐渐走上物流联盟的道路， 但我国目前的现状是有此想法的中小物流企业较多，成立的联盟却不多，成功的更少， 这其中联盟风险成为左右物流联盟成功与否的最重要因素。 本文研究的重点是对中小物流企业联盟风险的识别和评价，通过风险识别构建评价 体系，并结合实证研究深入探讨联盟所面临的风险影响。文章首先以相关理论为依据， 分析了中小物流企业联盟风险的产生原因，总结了联盟的总体特征，以及不同联盟类型 所对应的风险特征。然后从联盟运行的阶段和周期角度，分析了中小物流企业联盟不同 阶段所面临的主要风险和风险产生因素。之后以AHP-F 隶属度合成法为主要方法，结 合实证研究构建联盟风险多层指标评价体系和评价模型。最后分析了联盟风险防控机制 的建设，从联盟组建初创阶段、成长与成熟阶段、重组阶段方面提出建设意见。 关键词：中小物流企业联盟；风险识别；AHP-F ；评价；风险防控 I 万方数据 Abstract To cope with the fierce market competition ，small and medium logistics enterprises have gradually embarked on the road of logistics logistics alliance as market players. There are many small and medium sized logistics enterprises with this idea, but less alliances were founded, even less successful in China.
