Focusing on the photovoltaic technology, this paper started the revolutionary topic about the progress of new energy technology, and discusses the choice of technology. Changes in the structure of energy consumption indicates the development trend of new energy technologies in our country. While other new energy industries, such as hydropower, biomass , geothermal and wind energy, tend to saturate, the renewability of solar energy resources, which implies an excellent performance, promotes its further progress. Low and high tide of technology development leads the innovation of Chinas photovoltaic technology.
