摘 要 农业技术对农业生产有着巨大的促进作用。但是随着我国经济体制改革，农业技 术推广体系逐步市场化，导致了当前农业技术推广难以应对目前农业产业对农业技术 需求，产生了农业技术巨大空缺。随着市场经济的发展，作为农业技术的需求一方的 农民对农业技术需求已经产生了巨大的分化，对农业技术采用缺少需求，同时，作为 技术供给的者近年境况堪忧，无论是政府农业推广部门，还是非政府的企业，以及农 业科研院所都缺乏对农业技术的有效供给。我国的农村技术供给从未面临着如此尴尬 局面。 为了能够对影响农户农业技术有效需求的内部影响因素进行实证分析。本文通过 建立贫困地区影响农户家庭采用农业技术的意愿模型，对农户家庭内部主要因素对农 业技术采用意愿进行相关影响分析。发现不同因素对农业技术的采用有着不同程度上 的影响。因此，通过改进当前农业技术推广体系，更加合理的迎合农户技术需求，从 而有效发挥有限的农业推广资源，从而保证农业增产。为了能够更好提供农村技术供 给，笔者认为应该着重从政策供给、科技推广技术推广体系以及发展非政府农业技术 合作组织等方面入手，促进农村技术推广，保证农业生产。 关键词：农业技术；参与意愿；影响因素 Analysis of related factors affecting the agricultural technology extension ——Three cities of Hebei province as an example Abstract Agricultural technology plays an important role in agricultural production.
