中 文 摘 要 目的 : 比较研究针刺不同经脉穴位对健康人胆囊收缩的影响，探索经脉穴位 与胆囊功能的相关性。 方法 : 针刺健康人胆经、肝经、肾经的不同穴位及非经非穴，观察针刺前后 胆囊容积变化，比较分析针刺不同经脉穴位对胆囊功能影响的差异性。 结果 :（1)针刺胆经、肝经、肾经的不同穴位与针刺非经非穴相比较，对胆囊 容积变化率的影响具有显著性差异（P0.05)， 以针刺胆经丘墟影响最大，针刺 非经非穴影响最小；（2）针刺胆经、肝经、肾经（穴位）与针刺非经非穴比较， 胆囊容积变化率有显著差异（P0.05)，但针刺胆经、肝经、肾经（穴位）的胆 囊容积变化率比较无显著性差异（P0.05）；（3）针刺胆经的不同穴位对胆囊容 积变化率的影响，丘墟组与光明组比较有显著性差异（P0.05）,丘墟组和阳陵 泉组比较无显著性差异（P0.05 ），阳陵泉组与光明组比较无显著性差异 （P0.05）。 结论 : 针刺对健康人胆囊收缩的影响具有一定的穴位相对特异性。 关健词 : 针刺；胆囊；经脉（穴）—脏腑相关 2 ABSTRACT Objectives: To observe the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy Adults gallbladder contraction，and to explore the correlation between acupoints and Zang-fu organs. Method: Different acupoints on Gallbladder meridian, Liver meridian and Kidney meridian and non-acupoints of healthy people were acupunctured, average changes of gallbladder contraction before and after acupuncture were observed, and the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians on the function of gallbladder contraction were compared. Results: (1)Compared with acupuncturing non-acupoint,the effects of acupuncturing different acupoints on Gallbladder meridian, Liver meridian and Kidney meridian has on the changing rate of Gallbladder volume are significantly different(P0.05). Acupuncturing Qiu-xu acupoint of Gallbladder meridian has the biggest effects while Acupuncturing non-acupoint has the smallest. (2)The effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians comparing with non-acupoints on the changing rate of Gallbladder volume of healthy people showed significant deviation （p0.05 ） There is no significant difference among the effects acupuncturing the acupoints of has on Gallbladder meridian, Liver meridian and Kidney meridian has on the changing r
