女大学生身体自我及自信心关系探究 　　摘 要 身体是自我的载体，身体的实际嵌入是获得和维持自信的基础。女大学生作为一个群体，外在环境及认知的变化让她们对身体有着更多的关注与聚焦。为了更好地研究身体自我与自信心的关系，文章通过质性访谈的方法更加直观地剖析了女大学生的内心世界，在主流文化、重要他人的影响下，个体对身体的评价一定程度上影响了女大学生对身体自我的认同。当个体对身体自我产生负面特征评价时，女大学生往往通过对身体的管理以及个体化调适来解决矛盾，当个体无法管理或无法实现调适时，负面身体认知会直接影响自信心的发展 关键词 身体 自我 女大学生 自信心 中图分类号：B844.5 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkz.2017.03.071 Study on the Relationship between Female College Students’ Physical Self and Self-confidence WANG Yangguang[1]， HUANG Tao[2] （[1] School of Humanities Communications， Zhejiang Gongshang University， Hangzhou， Zhejiang 310018； [2] School of Computer and Information Engineering， Zhejiang Gongshang University， Hangzhou， Zhejiang 310018） Abstract Body is the carrier of ourselves， the actual embedding of the body is the basis for obtaining and maintaining self-confidence. Female college students， as a group， have more attention and focus on their self bodies. Through the qualitative interview research methods， We have made a more intuitive analysis of the female college students’ inner world and their attention to the body. Under the influence of mainstream culture and important others， they make perception and evaluation of self body. And this evaluation has a certain extent affected of the female college students’ identity to their bodies. When the female college students have negative feature evaluation of the physical selves， they often attempt to solve the contradiction through the management of the body and individual adjustment. But， if this attempt failed， the negative body cognition will directly affect their self-confidence development. Keywords body； self； female college students； self - confidence 18～22岁是一个更加追求美与青春的年龄，处于这一阶段的女大学生对身体自我有着更多的感知和认识，同时，与高压下的中学生不同，她们有着更加开放和自由的社会环境，研究她们身体自我与自信心的关系具有重要的现实意义 1 研究对象与方法 研究对象主要选取在杭高校的女大学生，文科生9名，理科生6名，其中大一5名，大二6名，大三3名，大四1名。研究方法主要采取质性访谈法，对15名女大学生进行半结构式访谈，同时根据研究需要以及现实条件对访谈资料进行分析，筛选出3名学生进行深度访谈，访谈内容包括身体认同和自信心两部分 2 女大学生身体自我的影响因素 处于社会化的过程中，女大学生身体自我受到社会化过程的影响
