生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗中改善铁代谢临床探究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗中改善患者铁代谢、提高血红蛋白达标率的临床疗效。 方法 选取2015年1～12月在我科住院的40例同时合并有肾性贫血、铁过载（血清铁蛋白SF≥500 μg/L）的血液透析患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，治疗组（n=20）：口服生血宁片，1日3次，每次4片，对照组（n=20）：仅使用EPO纠正贫血。持续进行16周的治疗，每间隔4周观察患者下列指标：血红蛋白（Hb）、血清铁蛋白（SF）、转铁蛋白饱和度（TSAT）。 结果 治疗16周后，治疗组患者治疗后Hb为（113.26±19.77）g/L，与对照组治疗后及治疗组治疗前比较均明显上升（P0.05）。 结论 生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗过程中不能完全纠正患者铁过载状态（血清铁蛋白SF≥500 μg/L），但能改善患者铁代谢状态，提高血红蛋白达标率 [关键词] 慢性肾脏病；血液透析；贫血；铁蛋白；生血宁片 [中图分类号] R692.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）33-0101-04 [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengxuening tablet on improving iron metabolism and improving hemoglobin compliance rate in the treatment of renal anemia. Methods 40 patients with hemodialysis complicated with renal anemia and iron overload（serum ferritin SF≥500 μg/L） who were admitted to our department from January to December 2015 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（n=20）： oral administration of Shengxuening tablet， 3 times a day， 4 tablets each time； control group（n=20）： anemia was corrected only with EPO alone. The treatment was continuously performed for 16 weeks. The following indicators were observed for every 4 weeks： hemoglobin （Hb）， serum ferritin （SF） and transferrin saturation（TSAT）. Results After the treatment for 16 weeks， Hb after the treatment in the treatment group was（113.26±19.77） g/L， which was higher than that after the treatment in the control group and that before the treatment in the treatment group（P0.05）. Conclusion Shengxuening tablet can not completely correct the iron overload state（serum ferritin SF≥500 μg/L） in the treatment course of renal anemia， but at the same time it can improve the patient’s iron metabolism， and improve the clinical efficacy of hemoglobin compliance rate.
