Contemporary rural residents consumption, class consumption first choice still is survival, lay particular stress on economic benefit, in the childrens education, development, and marriage, the aspects such as housing, medical treatment, social spending is not small. Rural residents consumption also exist many problems, mainly reflected in the backward rural consumption environment, the unnecessary money face money, the heavy burden of health care and education as well as limited by peoples income, not too much on their own developmental consumption spending more. Countries should actively implement policies benefit the farmers, to develop the rural market of related products, and perfect the rural social security system, to guide healthy consumption pattern, cultivating rural market more novelty is desire based on lack of the main measures to solve the problem of rural consumption.
