又律农Aι科学 T山ljin Ag时ultural Sciences 2016 ,22(5):122-125 ,130 ·三农问题研究 伊宁县农户参与土地流转+合作社模式意愿的影响因素分析 吴佳竹，孟梅 (新疆农业大学管理学院，新疆乌鲁木齐 83∞52) 摘 要:大力发展农村专业合作组织，以专业合作社为纽带，促进土地流转，可以使小规模分散经营的农户有效地联合起来，这 是目前行之有效的土地流转新模式。农户是土地流转的主体，对农户参与土地流转模式意愿的研究有很重要的意义。本研究以 国家关于土地流转相关政策为研究背景，以农户是否愿意参与土地流转+合作社为出发点，通过建立Logistic 回归模型，探寻 出影响农户参与土地流转+合作社意愿的主要因素分别为家庭年总收入水平、户主受教育程度、土地是否流转、农产品占家 庭总收入的比重、当地市场该农产品波动价格等。并在此基础上提出几点建议，以促进土地经营权的有序高效流转。 关键词:土地流转;参与意愿:影响因素 中图分类号:F310.0 文献标识码 :A DOI 编码: 10.3969/j .issn.1ω6-6500.2016.05.030 Analysis of Afti创10n Factors of Yining County Farmers Participation Willingness to Land Circulation + Cooperative 岛fodel WU Jiazhu , MENG Mei (School of Management , Xinjiang Agricultural University , Urumqi , Xinjiang 83∞52， China) Abstract: Vigorously develop the rural professional cooperative organizations , to the link of rural cooperatives, promote the land circu- lation, management of separate small-scale farmers effectively combined , this is the effective new model of land circulation. Farmers are 出e main body of land circulation , the research on the will of farmers involved in land circulation model has v町important signifi- cance. This research with national policies related to land circulation as the research background , cooperatìves to farmers willing to participate in land circulation as a starting point. By establishing a Logistic regression model , to find the main factors influencing is: year of the family income level , level of education , whether the land circulation , head of the household products accounted for the proportion of total household income , local market the agricultural product price fluctuations , etc. And based on this , advances several suggestions to promote the orderly and efficient circulation of land management.
