At different time points postoperatively, serum level of MCP-1 was determined using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Recurrence of spinal tuberculosis after surgery and during the follow-up period was recorded. The correlation between serum MCP-1 level and recurrence of spinal tuberculosis was analyzed. 方法：初步诊断为脊柱结核的汉族病人分别纳入到本研究中。在术后不同时间点，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清MCP-1水平，记录脊柱结核在术后及随访期间的复发情况，并分析血清MCP-1水平与脊柱结核复发的相关性。 Results A total of 169 patients with spinal tuberculosis were included in the study and followed up for an average of 2.2±1.3 years (range, 1–5 years).
