摘要 随着国家不断鼓励和扶持高校高水平队伍的建设，近几年来高校高水平队伍的竞技能 力日益提高。2005 年9 月,山东省根据教育部关于开展普通高等学校高水平运动队建设评 估工作的通知精神,由省教育厅组织专家进行评估，进一步规范了我省高校高水平队伍的 [1] 发展 。同时，中国大学生足球联赛的成功举办，使得我省高校高水平足球队成长迅速， 竞技水平有了很大突破。但其发展实践过程中，也出现了一系列需探讨和解决的问题。 文献检索发现，目前有关山东省高校高水平运动员的研究主要集中训练，管理现状和 所面临的问题，尚缺乏对高水平足球运动员全面培养的研究，本文以青岛科技大学，山 东大学，青岛大学，济南大学，四所高校的高水平足球运动员为研究对象，运用问卷调 查法，文献资料法，数理统计法和逻辑分析法对山东省高校高水平足球运动员培养进行 调查。通过调查，对山东省高校高水平足球运动员的培养现状有了较为全面的了解。调 查初步得出如下结论，山东省四所高校高水平足球运动员的培养目标与国家存在差距； 各高校高水平足球运动员生源较为单一；省内竞赛体系不够完善；各高校高水平足球队 的医疗保障及科研合作不足；学训矛盾的影响仍然存在。本文根据调查结果，提出了相 关对策及建议。 关键词：山东省 高水平足球运动员 现状 对策 I 万方数据 Abstract With the rapid growth of high- level college football, the high level team has a great breakthrough. In September 2005, according to the Circular of the Ministry of education of colleges and universities high level sports team construction evaluation work, the Provincial Department of Education organized experts to conduct the assessment, to further standardize the development of college high level team in our province.
