Then this paper constructs interactive model between knowledge flow management and dynamic capabilities. Furthermore, this paper researches the relationship mechanism between four state and position, process, path and knowledge base of dynamic capabilities and illustrates the relationship between knowledge stocks and position, knowledge flows and process, knowledge direction and the evolution of dynamic capabilities, knowledge attribute and knowledge base of dynamic capabilities. Finally, this paper reveals the transformation mechanism of knowledge flow management forming dynamic capabilities.
