Service design and service design design is the definition of service related factors involved in planning and organizing effective service people, infrastructure, communication and material, so as to improve the design of user experience and quality of service. Service design regards customer design, planning a series of easy to use, satisfied, reliable, effective service as the target, widely applied in each service industry. Service design can be tangible, it can be invisible; the customer experience process may be in the hospital, a retail store or on the street, all the people involved and things for the implementation of a successful service delivery is the key. Service design combines people with other communication, environment, behavior, materials, etc., and runs the idea of people first throughout. Service design significance services are found in every nook and corner of life: restaurants, hotels, public places, shops, banks, insurance companies, cultural institutions, universities, airports, public transportation...... With the development of society, peoples consumption expectations are constantly increasing, so that some of the existing service facilities and service systems can not meet the needs of consumers. There is no doubt that people have never been more concerned about the services they receive. Consumers in the pre-sale, sale, after-sales experience obtained, determines the overall quality of a brand and enterprise in the minds of consumers. Consumers can evaluate and compare anything they use - products and services in a matter of minutes.
