第26卷第4期 河南大学学报(医学版) Vo1．26 No．4 2007年11月 Journal of Henan University(Medical Science) NOV．2007 i1 颈糜烂患者解脲支原体感染的研究及中药栓 剂治 疗 裴景堂 ，韩素萍 ，李秀敏 ，徐志喜 ，许国强 (1．河南大学男性学研究所，河南开封475001； 2．开封市第一中医院，河南开封475000) 摘 要：目的：探讨宫颈糜烂患者解脲支原体感染及中药栓剂治疗的效果。方法：对l24例宫颈糜烂患者和l32例 宫颈光滑者进行解脲支原体检测，并将l13例解脲支原体阳性患者分为两组，治疗组用罗红霉素和中药栓剂联合 治疗，对照组用罗红霉素治疗。结果：治疗组宫颈糜烂治愈率为94．7％，对照组治愈率为82．1％，二者有显著差异 ， 结论：宫颈糜烂与解脲支原体感染关系密切，中药栓剂联合西药治疗解脲支原体感染可以明显改善宫颈糜烂症状。 关键词：宫颈糜烂；解脲支原体感染；中药栓剂 中图分类号：R711．74 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672—7606(2007)04—0049—02 Studying the relation of cervical erosion infected with Ureaplasma Urealytium and the curative effects of TCM suppositories PEI Jing—tang’HAN Su—ping ，LI Xiu—rain’XU Zhi—xi’XU Guo—qiang’ ， ， ， (1．Andrological Institute of Henan University，Henan Kaifeng 475004，China； 2．kai~ng first chinese medicine hospital， Henan Kaifeng 47500 1，China) Abstract：Objective： To research the relation of cervical erosion infected with Urcaplasma Urealytium and the curative effects of roxithromycin and TCM suppositories therapeutic alliance．Methods： 1 24 patients with cervical erosion and 1 32 women with smooth cervix were detected for Ureaplasma Urealytium，1 1 3 of which were Ureaplasma Urealytium positive and were divided into 2 groups，the control group and the therapeutic group．The control groups were treated with Roxithromycin and the therapeutic group with TCM suppositories therapeutic alliance．Results： 1 24 cases nf cervical erosion were detected for Ureaplasma Urealytium，64 of which were determined as Ureaplasma U realytium positive(52．4％)；women with smooth cervix were detected for Ureaplasma Urealytium，48 of which were determined as Urcaplasma Urealytium positive(36．4％)．There existed the great difference in curative rate of
