Learning from Japan and South Korea of their College Football Campaign ，and eventually construct operational mechanisms to promote college football in Haidian District. The main conclusions emerging from the study are as follows: 1. The mass media and social activities mainly are the main leisure activities of College Students in Haidian District, Beijing, the status of soccer is relatively rearward. Even in sports activities, football priority is lagging behind in basketball, jogging, running, table tennis, the fitness aerobic gymnastics (yoga), playing badminton, tennis. 2. Motives of the 2012 European Cup audiences, the highest average of the five factors are as follows: exciting and you can see the strong teams in the competition of the world, very interesting The team helps preference refueling, will bring some degree of excitement, I enjoy the wonderful performance of the players in the European Cup. College students are less likely because of personal factors or peer pressure and thus watch the European Cup, are less likely to watch football game for gambling. 3. 82 respondents involved in football, only 19.85% of the whole.
