基于HyperWorks 的FSAE 赛车碳纤维单体壳车身轻 量化研究 许贤博 (上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院,上海,200240; ) [摘要] :为了对FSAE 赛车的碳纤维单体壳车身进行轻量化,需要综合刚度和模态性能。 基于HyperWorks 系统,对单体壳车身进行适当的简化并建立了有限元模型 ,以车身的弯曲 刚度、扭转刚度和模态的有限元分析计算为基础 ,对碳纤维单体壳车身的铺层设计进行了优 化设计 ,通过运用田口算法和灰色关联理论,对优化结果进行了进一步调整。车身结构轻量 化的同时,模态性能与刚度特性得到保证。经过实车实验,满足要求 ,保证了优化的实施。 关键词 :单体壳; 轻量化 ;HyperWorks 系统 ;FSAE 赛车 Multi-object Optimization on the Weight reduction of Carbon/Epoxy Monocoque of FSAE race car based on HyperWorks Xu Xianbo School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, 200240 Abstract : To achieve the weight reduction of a Carbon/Epoxy Monocoque while the mechanical property Carbon/Epoxy Monocoque not reduced, this study deals with the optimization of Carbon/Epoxy Monocoque. Based on HyperWorks system, a finite element model was properly simplified and built concurrently considering stiffness and modal performance. To reduce the weight of the Monocoque while the torsion and modal performance not reduced, an optimization on the composites layer of the carbon fiber was conducted. By using the Taughi method and Grey relational theory, the optimization result is modified to fit the need not considered in the optimization. The optimization was realized by the mass of sandwich reduced while the modal performance and stiffness requirement is satisfied. What’s more, the model after optimization is validated by real vehicle experiment, which means that the weight reduction could be implemented.
