泸州医学院学报 2007年 第30卷 第6期 Vo1．30 No．6 2007 470 论 著 CyclinD1,~la P1 6在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达 陈礼刚，李定君，刘洛同，明 扬，张 苓，夏祥国，顾应江，杨福兵 (泸州医学院附属医院神经外科，四川泸州 646000) 摘 要 目的：探讨CyclinD 、P16在儿童髓母细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫LSABC法，并用图像分析系统测定 染色的积分吸光度(IOD)检测84例获随访的儿童髓母细胞瘤中的CyclinD 、P16的表达，后者按术后生存周期3、5、10年分为A、B、 CZ组。结果：①正常小脑组织中CyclinD 表达较低，A、B、CZ组中表达为5．43、3．98和1 O2，各组间的比较有统计学差异(PO．O1) ②正常小脑组织中P16显现高表达，而A、B、c三组中表达为0．22、1．19和2．8 ，各组间比较有统计学差异(P0．()1)；(3)CyclinD 与 P16的表达具有显著负相关关系(rs=0：7398，PO 01)。结论：CyclinD 与P16在儿童髓母细胞瘤预后中，两者表达水平的相关性反 映了癌基因与抑癌基因相互协调，相互促进的机制。 关键词 Cyclin1)1；P16；表达；儿童；髓母细胞瘤 中图分类号 R730．231 文献标识码 A 文章编号1000—2669(2007)6—0470-03 THE EXPRESSION OF CYCLIND1 AND P16 IN MEDULLoBLASToMAS oF CHILDREN Chen Ligang，et al Department Q厂’Neurosurgerg,the Affiliated Hospital ofLuzhou Medical College Abstract Objective：To study the expression and clinical significance of CyclinD1 and P16 in medullo— blastoma of children．Methods：A total of 84 children with medulloblastoma and follow-up after operation were divided into group A、B、C by their survival rate of 3、5 and 1 0 years respectively．The expression of CyclinD1and P 1 6 in 84 resected samples was studied with labelled streptayidin biotin method (LSAB)and integral optical density (IOD)value was performed by quantitative image analysis．Results：①The IOD value of CyclinD1 of nornlal cerebellar tissues was lower．The IOD valve was 5．43、3．98 and 1．02 respectively in group A 、B、C 0．01)．②The IOD value of p16 of normal cerebellar tissues was higher．The IOD value was 0．22．1．19and 2．85 respectively in group A、B and C(P0．01)．⑨The IOD value of CylinDl and P16 had a negative correlation Conclusion：The results suggest that
