778 2015 10 12 10 Chin J Med Ultrasound(Electronic Edition), October 2015, Vol.12, No.10 · · 中华医学超声杂志(电子版) 年 月 第 卷 第 期 • 浅表器官超声影像学 • 腋下副乳腺肿瘤超声表现特征 荣雪余　朱强　马腾　刘娟　郭宁　周帅 【摘要】　目的　探讨腋下副乳腺肿瘤超声声像图特征。方法　回顾性分析 2007 年 1 月至 2015 年 3 月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院经病理证实的 5 例腋下副乳腺肿瘤患者超声声像图特点。5 例腋 下副乳腺肿瘤中，3 例伴胀痛，2 例无胀痛。1 例哺乳期有溢液。病理证实 4 例为副乳纤维腺瘤，1 例 为副乳癌。结果　超声声像图显示 5 个肿块均为低回声，内部回声均匀。4 个副乳纤维腺瘤为椭圆形， 边界清晰，血流信号呈少量或中量血流。1 个副乳癌形态不规则，边界欠清，血流信号丰富。超声声 像图显示 3 个纤维腺瘤周围见类乳腺腺体回声，1 个纤维腺瘤及 1 个副乳癌周围未见类乳腺腺体回声。 结论　腋下肿瘤周围类乳腺腺体回声及典型临床症状有助于副乳腺肿瘤的诊断。 【关键词】　副乳腺；　肿瘤；　超声检查 Sonographic features of tumor in ectopic axillary breast tissue　Rong Xueyu, Zhu Qiang, Ma Teng, Liu Juan, Guo Ning, Zhou Shuai. Methods　The sonographic features of five patients with tumor developed in ectopic axillary breast tissue confirmed by histopathology in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2007 to March 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. Among five patients with tumor originated from ectopic axillary breast tissue, 3 had regional swelling and tenderness, 2 presented without pain. There was scant secretion from one tumor during lactation. There were 4 fibroadenomas and 1 carcinoma arising from ectopic axillary breast tissue confirmed by histopathology. Results　The sonographic appearance of the five masses was homogeneous and hypoechoic. Four fibroadenomas arising from ectopic axillary breast tissue were oval-shaped, well-defined masses with mild or moderate vascularity on sonograms. One carcinoma arising from ectopic axillary breas
