流苏石斛528000） 摘要：目的 建立流苏石斛HPLC特征图谱，并初步比较黄草类石斛（金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛）高效液相（HPLC）特征图谱的差异。方法 采用HPLC特征图谱技术，建立流苏石斛及黄草类石斛特征图谱分析方法，采用国家药典委员会中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件（2004A版）进行相似度分析。结果 在流苏石斛的HPLC特征图谱中，标记出9个共有峰，相似度为0.837～0.992。检测发现金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛3种石斛所含化学成分存在较大差异,但均含有石斛酚。结论 建立流苏石斛HPLC特征图谱的方法稳定可靠、重复性好，能在一定程度上能够反映金钗石斛、流苏石斛、叠鞘石斛3种石斛主要化学成分的种类和相对含量差异，并为流苏石斛与另外两种黄草石斛的鉴别提供依据。 关键词：黄草；金钗石斛；流苏石斛；叠鞘石斛；特征图谱；高效液相色谱 中图分类号：R284.1 文献标志码: A 文章编号:1003-9783(2016)02- doi：10.3969/j.issn.1003-9783.2016.02 Comparative Study of HPLC Characteristic Spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook and other Huangcao Shihu TAO Shengchang1, CHEN Zhihui1, HUANG Kaiwei1, YAN Muxian2, WEI Gang1* (1. Results The HPLC characteristic spectrum of Dendrobium fimbriatum were constructed with 9 common peaks, and the similarities were 0.837~0.992. There were great differences in the chemical composition among the three species Huangcao Dendrobium; however, the three species Huangcao Dendrobium contained dendrophenol.
