2017年第5期 工业、生产 溶胶喷雾法制备超细球形氧化铝粉体 刘红宇 赵文凯 程贵刚 朱静 邰建虎 沈 阳工业大学石油化工学院 辽宁 辽 阳 111003 摘要： 以廉价的硝酸铝和氨水为原料 ，采用溶胶喷雾法制备 了超细球形氧化铝粉体。采用SEM观察前驱体及最终产物 的微观形貌 ，TG/DTA分析 了前驱体的受热行为，XRD分析 了前驱体及最终产物的晶型转变顺序 。结果表明：陈化时间影 响前驱体的晶型结构 ，从 而影响其成为 α-Al O 的晶型转变路线；前驱体的平均粒径可通过喷嘴的孔径进行调节，其形貌 2 3 和粒度特征在不同温度煅烧后可以保持不变。 关键词：球形氧化铝 溶胶凝胶 喷雾干燥 Preparation of ultrafine spherical alumina powder by sol spray method Liu Hongyu，Zhao Wenkai，Cheng Guigang，Zhu Jing，Tai Jianhu Sheny ang University of Technology ，Liaoy ang 111003，China Abstract：Ultrafine spherical alumina powders were prepared via sol-gel method with cheap aluminum nitrate and ammonia as raw materials.scanning electron microscope （SEM ）was used to observe the microstructure of precursor and the final product. Thermogravimetry/ differential thermal analysis （TG/DTA ）was used to analyze the thermal behavior of the precursor.The crystal transition sequence of precursor and the final product were analyzed by X-ray diffraction （XRD ）.The results show that the aging time affects the crystal structure of the precursor ，thus contributes to its crystalline transformation route to α-Al O ；the average 2 3 particle size of the precursor can be adj usted through the nozzle aperture，whose morphology and grain size characteristics can be maintained after calcination at different temperatures.
