第22卷 第3期 长治医学院学报 Vo1．22 No．3 2008在 6月 JOURNAL OF CHANGZHI MEDICAL COLLEGE Jun．2008 187 长治市某县青少年心理状况调查分析 张 莉 摘 要 目的：了解长治市沁源县青少年心理问题现状，进一步分析心理问题发生原因和影响因素， 为制定干预措施提供依据。方法：采用症状自评量表(SCL一90)，横断面抽样调查，从当地3所中学随机 抽取12岁～18岁学生1 362人进行问卷调查。结果：青少年心理问题检出率12．6％，主要表现为强迫、 人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、抑郁等。男、女生心理问题检出率差异无显著性(P0．05)，初、高中生心理 问题检出率差异有显著性(P0．05)。结论：长治市沁源县青少年心理问题发生率略低于国内平均水 平，但针对检出的心理问题，尤其是高中生心理问题，应引起教育部门、家长和社会的共同关注，及时给予 心理疏导，以保障青少年身心健康发育。 关键词 青少年；心理问题；症状自评量表(SCL一90) 中图分类号 R395．9 文献标识码 A 文献编号1006一(2008)03—187—03 Cross—sectional Investigation on Adolescent Mental Problems in Certain Country in Changzhi Zhang Li Department ofPediatrics，Ueji Hospital Affiliated with Changzhi Medical College Abstract Objective：To examine the contemporary mental health in adolescents through a case in Qinyuan County and to discover the causal factors，SO that a basis for intervention measures can be provided．Methods：A symptom checklist(SCL一90)was used for a transact sampling survey．1 362 adolescents aged 1 2～1 8 years were randomly sampled from three local middle schools were by using SCL一90．Resul~：The incidence rate of mental problems in adolescents was 1 2．6％ ．Symptoms include compulsion，sensitivity to interpersonal relationships，hos— tility，paranoia，depression etc．There was no significant difference between male and female(P0．05)．There was a significant difference in junior or senior students(P0．05)．Conclusion：Incidence rate of adolescent ment~problem indicated by the survey was a little bit lower than the average in China．Nevertheless，attention should be paid to the problems revealed by the educational authorities，parents and the society．We should provide mental support and counseling should be provided to ensure physical and mental health of adolescents． Key words Adolesce
