OneisaserialannualworkshopsonIntelligenceScienceandIntelligentDataEngineeringfIScIDE)asacollective
venueforintroducingworldfrontierresearcherstoChinaandofrintroducingresearchersfrom Chinesemajor
universitiesandresearchinstitutionstointernationalcommunities．Already，IScIDE2010andIScIDE2011wereheld
onJune3-5．2010in Harbin and on October23—25 2011in Xi’an respectively．In addition tohaving keynote
