(CO2) If we can u se the coffee residue ash 0.85 ton/m3 as addit ives to concret e mor t ar, we can reduce the trash as well as carbon emission . This research investigated (Coffee Residue) the potential of u sing coffee residue 500 600700 ash as additives to the concrete mortar. (Ash of Coffee Residue) We conducted the compressive strength test and hydration heat transfer test for a series of mixtures of varying amount of additives burned at 500, 600 and 700. SEM was used to observe the m icrostructure of the m ixtures. 500 700 Result s of our experiment s and test s sh ow e d t h at a d d in g 60 0 c of fe e residue ash into the mortar was best for industrial applications. Results also showed that the compressive strength 60015%500700 is getting higher and curing age longer. When the percentage of coffee residue ash incr eased , the amount of wat er 4,573
