有机肥对烟草土壤微生物群落的动态变化影响研究* 唐莉娜1，张秋芳2，刘 波2*，林营志2，刘丹莹2，史 怀2，杨述省2，王国芬2 （1福建省烟草公司，福建 福州350003； 2福建省农科院农业生物资源研究所，福建 福州 350003） 摘要：本研究通过田间试验，应用PLFAs方法，并结合生物多样性指数测度法，了解有机肥对烟草土壤微生物群落动态变化及一些特征PLFA生物标记含量的影响。研究结果表明：施用不同种类有机肥对烟草土壤微生物PFLAs的多样性指数在烟草植株不同生长阶段的影响不同，施用鸡粪可明显提高Shannon-Wiener（H）多样性指数、丰富度指数（S）和Pielou均匀度（J）及Simpson优势度指数（D）各多样性指数值；在整个生长过程中，土壤中各处理的总PLFAs和各特征PLFA，如：16:0、18:1w9c、17:0 10Me、16:0 10Me、16:1w5c和18:1w7c等的相对生物量，皆在烟草生长后期达到最高值；且施用纯化肥处理各含量在总是低于其它处理。除甲烷氧化菌的特征PLFA 16:1w5c含量是饼肥处理的高于其它处理外，其它特征PLFA，如：硫酸还原细菌（SRB）PLFA 16:0 10Me和厌氧细菌PLFA 18:1w7c生物含量皆为施用鸡粪处理的高于其它各处理。 关键词: 有机肥；烟草土壤；微生物群落；磷脂脂肪酸（PLFAs） The effects of organic manure on the dynamics of the diversity of microbial community in the tobacco soils TANG Li-na 1, ZHANG Qiu-fang 2, LIU Bo 2*, Lin Ying-zhi2, LIU Dan-ying 2,SHI Huai2, Yang Shu-sheng2 and Wang Guo-fen2 (1 Fujian Tobacco Company，Fuzhou，Fujian 350003 China; 2 Agricultural Bioresource Institute，Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences，Fuzhou，Fujian 350003，China） Abstract：The effects of organic manure on the dynamics of the diversity of microbial community and the specific PLFAs biomarker in the tobacco soils was studied by the field experiments,combining with the PLFAs method and diversities indexes of biology. The results showed that the effects of the application of different kinds of organic manure on the diversities indexes were different during in the course of growth period of tobacco.And the chicken litter could improve the value of Shannon-Wiener（H）, the abundance(S)，Pielou evenness（J）and Simpson index（D）.The total biological relative amount of PLFAs and the specific PLFA such as 16:0,18:1w9c,17:0 10Me,16:0 10Me,16:1w5c and 18:1w7c so on were all reach the highest at the maturity stage of the tobacco.At the same time ,those of amount of them above mentioned in the treatment of application of pure chemical fertilizer were all lower than other treatments.
