锁定钢板与普通钢板治疗老年胫骨平台骨折的疗效比较 摘要：目的：锁定钢板普通钢板在老年胫骨平台骨折方面的效果。方法：自2012年6月至2013年6月期间在我院治疗的老年胫骨平台骨折患者中随机抽取68例，按照随机分配与自愿的原则，将其平均分为A、B两组。A用锁定钢板法治疗，B组用普通钢板法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果：34例A组患者中有31例治疗后达优良状态，优良率为91.18%；而B组治疗后为优良的患者有18例，优良率为52.94%，A组远高于B组。A组患者骨折平均愈合时间与负重时间分别为(91.2±19.6)d与(101.2±23.9)d，均短于相应B组的(107.6±21.2)d与(119.0±31.6)d；A组术后并发症的发生比例为2.33%，也要低于B组的%。两组比较在P0.05下差异有统计学意义。结论：相比于普通钢法，锁定钢板法在治疗老年胫骨平台骨折方面具有治疗优良率高、术后并发症少，固定牢固等优势，值得临床推广应用。 关键词：锁定钢板；普通钢板；胫骨平台骨折 Comparison the Efficacy of Locking late Fixation and Ordinary Plate Fixation to Treat the Elderly Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures Abstract:Objective:To compare the efficacy of locking plate fixation and ordinary plate fixation to treat the elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods: During the time of June 2012 to June 2013, 68 elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected and divided into group A and group B based on the principle of voluntary and randomness. The patients in group A were treated by locking plate fixation, and the patients in group B were treated by ordinary plate fixation. To observe the treatment effects of the patients. Results: From all the 34 patients in group A, there were 31 patients get the good status after treatment, accounting for 91.18%, where there were 18 patients get the good status after treatment in group B, accounting for 52.94%, group A was higher than group B. The average fracture healing time and load time of group A were (91.2±19.6)d and (101.2±23.9)d, also higher than group B (107.6±21.2)d and (119.0±31.6)d. The complications rate of group A was 2.33%, also higher then group B’ 23.53%. And the results above were statistically significance while P0.05. Conclusion: Comparing with ordinary plate fixation, locking plate fixation has the advantages of higher good state rate, lower complications and fixation for the elderly patients with tibial plateau fractures and worthy of clinical application.
