优质护理服务在手术室实践（南京市浦口医院手术室 210031） 【摘要】目的： 为了适应医学科学的发展和护理模式的转变，为手术病人提供优质的护理服务，使患者以最佳的心理状态接受手术治疗，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度及手术室护士的整体素质。 方法： 选择择期手术患者实施术前访视、术中支持和术后随访的规范化护理服务，使手术患者在入院到出院的全过程中都能享受到人性化、系统化、规范化的优质护理服务。结果： 手术室的护理服务质量显著提高，取得了患者满意、医护满意、社会满意的效果。结论： 优质护理增加了患者对护士的信任感，提高了手术室护理质量，确保手术安全，进一步加强了医院临床护理工作，为病人提供更好的护理服务。 【关键词】优质护理；手术室 High quality nurse service in operating room practice Zhang Dongning 【Abstract】 Goal: In order to adapt the science of medicine development and the nursing pattern transformation, provides the high quality nurse service for the surgery patient, caused the patient to perform the surgery by the best psychology to treat, enhances the patient to nurse the work the degree of satisfaction and the operating room nurse’s overall quality. Finally: The operating room nurse service quality obviously enhanced, obtains the patient to satisfy, medical treatment and nursing satisfaction, the social satisfactory effect.
