12 现代临床护理(Modem Clinical Nursing)2008．7(2) 医院护士站电脑键盘、鼠标细菌污染情况调查分析及对策 刘 莉，林晓红，谭伊莉，何秀湘 (顺德区妇幼保健院院感办，广东佛山，528300) [摘要] 目的 检测医院护士站键盘、鼠标细菌污染情况，分析原因并制订护理对策。方法 2007年10月对护士站50 台电脑键盘、鼠标进行消毒前后细菌监测，比较消毒前后微生物的分布情况及种类。结果 ①电脑键盘、鼠标消毒前菌落数 分别为128．96±57．24 cfu／cm-、128．46±51．42 c~／cm ，消毒后分别为2．56±1．12 cfu／cm2、2．26±1．O1 cfu／cm2，消毒前后比较， 均PO．O1，差异有统计学意义；( 消毒前检出细菌主要有金黄色葡萄球菌(48．0％)、枯草杆菌(40．0％)、微球菌(26．0％)、硝酸 盐不动杆菌(20．0％)、大肠埃希氏菌(12．0％)、绿脓杆菌(4．0％)、变形杆菌(4．0％)、溶血性链球菌(4．0％)和芽胞杆菌(4．0％) 等。结论 护士站使用的电脑键盘、鼠标细菌污染严重，因此医院应将其作为常规消毒，并重视消毒后的维护工作。定期对电 脑键盘、鼠标细菌进行监测并形成制度。 [关键词] 电脑键盘；鼠标；医院感染；管理 [中图分类号] R472．1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671—8283(2008)02—0012—03 [Abstract]Objective To investigate the bacterial pollution of computer keyboard and mouse i‘n nurses stations．Methods The samples from the keyboards and mice of 50 computers at the nurses stations were obtained before and after sterilization in October 2007．Bacterial culture，counting of the bacterial colony and identification of the types of the bacteria were compamd between pre—and post—sterilization． Results Th e numbers of bacteria colony on the keyboards and mice before and after sterilization were 128．96~ 57．24，128．46~51．42 cfu／cm and 2．56~1．12，2．26~1．Olcfu／cm ，separately(all P0．O1)．The bacteria checked out included golden yellow staphylococcus(48．0％)，bacillus subtilis(40．1％)，micrococcaceae(26．0％)，nitrate acinetobacter baumanii(20．0％)，escherichia coli(12．0％)，hemolysis streptococcus(4．0％)，green pus bacillus(4．0％)，proteus bacillus(4．0％)and bacillus allantoides(4．0％)． Conclusions The bacteria contamination of the computer keyboards and mice at the nursing stations iS serious． Therefore， the hospitals should make regulations to attaching importance to the sterilization of computers， enhancing health education on hospital infections，regularly check and monitor the keyboards and mice． [Key words]keyb
