提 要 目的：通过分析对正常大鼠观测指标影响的作用趋势、特点及规律，探寻反映实 验动物寒热属性的客观指标，揭示其与寒热药物属性的内在联系。方法:观察灌服寒 热药物对大鼠寒热饮偏好、寒热趋向、自主运动、基础代谢和检测脑组织中单胺类神 经递质的含量。结果：寒性药物使大鼠心率减慢（P＜0.05）；在热箱中时间延长，寒 箱中时间缩短；脑组织中肾上腺素、5-羟色胺含量升高（P＜0.05）去甲肾上腺素降 低（P＜0.05）。而热性药物则相反。结论：寒性药物降低大鼠的基础代谢率，抑制中 枢神经系统的活动，灌药大鼠喜温而恶寒；而热性药物可以提高大鼠的基础代谢率， 使中枢神经系统兴奋，灌药大鼠喜凉而恶暖。寒热偏好测定展现了药性对大鼠寒热偏 好影响的趋势，为今后的研究打下了良好的基础。 关键词 中药四性；寒热偏好；基础代谢；5-HT；儿茶酚胺；实验研究 The Discuss of Chinese native medicine four Herbal Property discuss and The Research on Effects of Chinese goldthread rhizome, gardenia, dry ginger, monkshood to normal rats .
