提 要 目的：观察参芪固冲方治疗气虚血瘀型青春期无排卵性功血出血期的临床疗效并 探讨其止血机理。方法：共观察 60 例气虚血瘀型青春期无排卵性功血出血期患者， 随机分为治疗组30例（口服参芪固冲方），对照组30例（口服维血宁颗粒），观察 两组患者的止血疗效、中医主要症状改善情况，同时观察治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、凝 血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和一氧化氮（NO）的变化情况。结 果：治疗组与对照组近期止血疗效总有效率分别为：93.33%、60%，两者相比有非常 显著性差异（P0.01）；治疗后两组中医单项症状积分组间比较有显著性差异（P 0.05）；治疗后治疗组患者的子宫内膜厚度较前明显降低，凝血酶原时间（PT）及 活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的含量明显降低，NO 的含量较前降低，与治疗前相比 有非常显著性差异（P 0.01），与对照组相比有非常显著性差异（P 0.01）。结论： 参芪固冲方对气虚血瘀型青春期无排卵性功血出血期具有较好的止血疗效，并能显著 改善患者的气虚血瘀证候，其止血机理可能与降低子宫内膜厚度，增强子宫平滑肌收 缩，增强凝血机制，调节子宫微环境等相关。 关键词 参芪固冲方；气虚血瘀型；青春期无排卵性功血；临床研究 The Clinical Study of Shen qi Guchong Decotion in Treating Hemorrhagic Period of juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Speciality：Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Hao Peiqin Tutor：Prof. YeQing Abstract Objective: To explore systematically the effect and the hemostasis principle of Shen-Qi-Gu-Chong-tang in treating Hemorrhagic Period of juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using shenqi guchong tang ,while 30 cases of the control group using weixuening Granule.To observe the changes hemostatic effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms, the thickness of endometrium , and the changes of prothrombm time(PT) activatedpartial prothrombm time(APTT) and NO.
