The results show that the initial water content in silica-gel and water content of mobile phase have great influence on the purification process. When the initial water content in silica-gel is in the range of 10%~12%(wt) and the water content of mobile phase is 0.5%~0.9%(vol), baseline resolution and higher recovery of PC and PE could be reached. The recovery of PC may be more than 85% and PE over 70%. The results obtained may give some guidances for the preparation of high purity PC and PE.
