西安工业大学北方信息工程学院本科毕业设计(论文)题目：四川全鑫公司员工培训方案研究系 别： 商学院 专业： 人力资源管理 班级： B120501 学生： 何伊雨 学号： 指导教师： 王丽芳 2016年 3 月四川全鑫公司员工培训方案研究摘 要近年来，随着时代的发展和技术的进步，培训越来越受到企业的重视，许多企业都将培训工作看作人力资本投入的重要组成部分，并且注重对培训工作的管理。全球化加剧了我国人才市场的竞争，人才作为重要的战略资源成为一个公司的生存和发展的决胜点。只有重视员工培训，增强对员工的开发力度，才能提高企业的竞争力，使企业得到更好地发展。本文主要是结合对四川省全鑫实业有限公司的全体员工采取了问卷调查的方式，通过调查问卷了解公司目前员工培训现状和员工期望在培训中采用的培训方式、培训内容、培训时间等，再通过对调查问卷进行数据分析找出四川省全鑫实业有限公司在员工培训中存在的一些问题，最后针对这些问题对四川省全鑫实业有限公司提出建议。目的是为了公司的培训得到良好的效果，使每一位员工都能为公司的发展做出最大的贡献。关键词：培训，需求，方案Study on Sichuan Quanxin staff training programAbstractIn recent years, with the development of the times and technological advances, training enterprises pay more attention, many companies are training as an important component of the human capital investment and focus on management training.
