[2] isolated the membrane molecule induced by lymphocyte activation, termed ILA (induced, by, lymphocyte, activation), and confirmed that ILA is a similar analogue of mouse 4-1BB on the surface of human cells. In 1996 Japan Kobe meeting ILA and 4-1BB (Hu4-1BB) named CD137 3. Because CD137 is rich in cysteine, it has become a new member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD137 is mainly expressed on the surface of T lymphocyte by PHA, PMA, CD3 monoclonal antibody activated B lymphocytes by PMA, anti Ig antibody, cell membrane surface activation, but also expressed in some non lymphocyte by IL-1 beta activation of vascular endothelial cells and hepatocellular carcinoma cells, but not expressed on the cell surface, still 4. SLE patients have self activated lymphocytes, so the author is interested in studying the expression of CD137 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with SLE so as to investigate its role in the pathogenesis of SLE. 1 data and methods 1.1 study subjects The SLE diagnosis conforms to the 1982 ARA SLE classification revision criteria. According to the clinical symptoms and laboratory findings, they were divided into active phase and remission stage.
