消蛾方治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎（肺胃热盛证）的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：本课题旨在从理论与临床方面观察消蛾方对符合中医肺胃热盛辨证标准的 小儿急性扁桃体炎的治疗效果，以评价中药在治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎上的效果。方法： 收集小儿急性扁桃体炎符合中医肺胃热盛证患儿 60 例，随机分为 2 组，治疗组 36 例采用中药消蛾方内服治疗，对照组 24 例给予清降片治疗，用药前详细记录患儿的 症状、体征积分，然后分别给药5天，记录患儿症状及体征改善情况，观察结束后， 对各项量化指标进行统计学处理。结果：在主要症状及体征的改善方面及综合疗效方 面，治疗组优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：消蛾方是治疗小儿急性扁 桃体炎中医属肺胃热盛证的有效方剂，具有显著改善症状的作用，优于中成药治疗， 且费用低廉，副作用少，是临床值得推广的治疗方案。 关键词 消蛾方；小儿急性扁桃体炎；临床研究 Clinical research of children ′s acute tonsillitis （excessive heat disease of lung and stomach ）with Xiaoe decoction Speciality: Pediatrics Medicine of TCM. Methods: 100 infants with children ′s acute tonsillitis matching excessive heat disease of lung and stomach were divided into 2 groups randomly, the study group and the control group. Both of them were treated for 5 days. The infants in the study group were treated with Xiaoe decoction and that in the control group were treated with Qing Jiang tablet.The symptoms and signs of the infants were observed before and after the treatments and the data must be processed using statistics. Results: In the main symptoms and signs of improvement and total efficiency, the treatment group is better than the control group, and there are statistically significance. Conclusion: This shows that children ′s acute tonsillitis matching excessive heat disease of lung and stomach in TCM used by the treatment with Xiaoe decoction is effective,low-cost, and less side effect.
