益气养阴通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察及评价益气养阴通络法对气阴两虚、肺络瘀阻型肺痿的治疗效果，探 讨益气养阴通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的安全性、有效性及作用机理。方法：临 床选择符合纳入标准者40例患者，随机分为观察组(20例) 、对照组(20例) 。治疗组： 口服加味屏风生脉散和强的松；对照组：口服强的松，疗程各为12周，观察治疗前后 两组患者临床症状和化验室检查指标的变化。结果：临床研究显示，治疗组中医证候 疗效总有效率95%，显著优于对照组(P0.05) 。加味屏风生脉散具有改善患者临床症 状、降低血粘度及提高动脉氧分压的作用。结论：益气养阴通络法是治疗特发性肺间 质纤维化的有效方法，具有增强患者体质，提高患者抗病能力，改善患者生活质量， 延缓病情发展的作用，具有很好的临床实用价值。 关键词 益气养阴通络法；特发性肺间质纤维化；肺痿；临床研究 The Clinical Research on the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis by the Method of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Speciality: The Study of Lung Disease Internal Medicine of TCM Author: MaLi Tutor: Professor Jiang Yunxiang Abstract Purpose: To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of the method of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo on Feiwei, which belongs to Qi-Yin deficiency and Feiluo Yuzu type in TCM, and to investigate the clinical security, validity and the mechanism of this treatment. Methods: Forty patients chosen by adoption standards were divided into two groups at random. Twenty patients of observation group were treated with Jiawei Pingfeng Shengmai powder and prednisone. The others of control group were treated only with prednisone. Twelve weeks was a course of treatment in this clinical trial. The related items, such as clinical symptoms and the indexes of medical laboratory tests of both groups were measured before and after the treatment. Results: The clinical research showed that there was a significant difference (P0.05) between the two groups. And Jiawei Pingfeng Shengmai powder played a role in the improvement of symptoms, the reduction of blood viscosity, and the increment of arterial oxygen.
