提 要 目的：本研究通过观察耳穴按压不同时间对原发性高血压患者即时降压效果影响 的观察，探讨耳穴不同刺激量与疗效的关系。 方法：筛选90例原发性高血压患者，随机分成3组，每组各30例，于耳穴上贴 压王不留行籽后，分别实施不按压,按压 5min，按压 10min，记录贴压前和贴压后 10min、30min、60min的血压。比较3组患者贴压前后的血压变化及3组之间的疗效 差异。 结果： 1、不按压组，与治疗前相比，在贴压后 30min 时收缩压下降有显著性差异（P ＜0.05），在贴压后 60min 时收缩压下降有非常显著性差异（P＜0.01）；在贴压后 30 min时舒张压下降有显著性差异（P＜0.05），在贴压后60min时舒张压下降有非 常显著性差异（P＜0.01）。 2、按压5min组，与治疗前相比，在贴压后10min时收缩压下降有非常显著性差 异（P＜0.01），在贴压后30min时收缩压下降有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；在贴压后 10min时舒张压下降有非常显著性差异（P＜0.01）。 3、按压 10min 组，与治疗前相比，在贴压后 10min 时收缩压下降有非常显著的 差异（P＜0.01）；在贴压后10min时舒张压下降有非常显著性差异（P＜0.01），在 贴压后30min时舒张压下降有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。 4、按压5min组和按压10min组与不按压组相比，在贴压后10min时，收缩压和 舒张压下降均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。 结论： 1、耳穴贴压有一定的即时降压疗效。 2、耳穴按压5min、10min组在贴压后10min时的降压疗效优于不按压组。 3、耳穴按压5min、10min组的即时降压疗效相比无显著性差异。 关键词 高血压；耳穴贴压；耳穴按压；降压疗效 Auricular point pressing on different time in patients with essential hypertension antihypertensive effect observation of instant Speciality: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author: WangZhengming Tutor: ProfessorTanQiwen Abstract Purpose:The purpose of this paper through the observation of auricular point pressing on different time in patients with essential hypertension antihypertensive effect of auricular point, different amount of stimulation effect relation.
