Methods 　24 cases of underbelly fat accumulation underwent tumescent liposuction technique. Results 　24 cases were followed up 5 months to 1 year after operation. 10 cases reached perfect ,13 cases were good , and the satisfactory rate was 95. 8 %. Conclusion 　Tumescent liposuction technique is a simple ,safe and effective technique to substract fat. Underbelly fat accumulation can be treated in out - patient department of the hospital.
