锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：探讨锁定加压钢板(locked compression plate,LCP)在骨折治疗中的临床效 果。方法：2008 年 6 月—2010 年 6 月 20 例骨折患者，年龄 18—76 岁，平均 47 岁， 男 14 例，女 6 例，左侧 9 例，右侧 11 例；8 例交通伤，10 例高处坠落伤，2 例摔伤。 所有 20 例病例用锁定加压钢板治疗，术后早期进行踝关节功能锻炼，采用 AOFAS 踝与后足主观评分标准进行骨折治疗后疗效评价。结果：本组 20 例均获得随访，随 访时间 6—20 个月，骨折全部骨性愈合，愈合时间 3—6 个月，平均 4.2 个月，无感 染、神经损伤、钢板断裂及螺钉松动、切出等并发症。按 AOFAS 踝与后足主观评分 标准进行骨折治疗后疗效评定，关节功能优良率 90.0% 。结论：锁定加压钢板能够为 骨折端提供早期的稳定性，减少局部的血运破坏，利于早期的功能锻炼及功能恢复， 是治疗 pilon 骨折的一种有效方法。 关键词 锁定加压钢板；Pilon 骨折；踝关节；功能锻炼 Clinical Research of Locking compression plate for treatment of pilon fractures Speciality:Orthopaedics of TCM Author:yue gueng Tutor:Prof.menkai abstract Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the locking compression plate (locked, LCP) for the teatment fractures.Methods:20 cases of Pilon fractures from Jun.2008to Jun.2010 were treated with Locking compression plate ，including 17 male and 8 female.The ages of the subjects were 18～76 years(average 47age)..19 cases are in the left side,and 6 cases are in the right side.In 25cases,2 casesof sports injury,one cases of traffic injury,17 cases for the fall;17 cases of acute injury,3cases of old injury ．All cases were treated by locking compression plate and earlypostoperative functional exercise for ankle .We use the ankle and foot subjective assessment standards(AOFAS)score fracture treatment efficacy assessment.Results ：All the patients were available for folow-up after the operation from 6 to20 months.They were healed after the reoperation.The healing time varied from 3 to 6 months,averaged 4.2months.Infection,nerve and vascular injury ，plate fracture and screw assessment standards(AOFAS) scoring systemfor fracture treatmentefficacy
