脑梗塞患者血同型半胱氨酸水平及其相关因素分析 苏德国，孔繁呈，鲍利改，黄　伟 （首都医科大学燕京医学院附属良乡医院神经内科，北京102401） ［摘要］目的：通过试验探究并分析脑梗塞患者血同型半胱氨酸水平及其相关因素。方法： 选取200例本院神经内科住院的脑梗塞患者作为试验组，选取本院健康体检者200例作为对 照组，比较两组的血同型半胱氨酸水平，探究患者体内血同型半胱氨酸水平的相关影响因 素。结果：脑梗塞组患者的同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于正常对照组，P0.05 ，差异有统计 学意义。本组研究影响中，脑梗塞患者体内的ALT 水平、AST水平、GGT水平和GLU水平 均与同型半胱氨酸水平均呈正相关，P0.05 ，有统计学意义。结论：脑梗塞患者的血同型 半胱氨酸水平明显高于正常健康者，脑梗塞患者体内的ALT 水平、AST水平、GGT水平和 GLU水平均与同型半胱氨酸水平均呈正相关。 ［关键词］脑梗塞；血同型半胱氨酸；相关因素 Analysis of blood homocysteine levels and its related factors in patients with cerebral infarction SU De-guo, KONG Fan-cheng, BAO Li-gai,HUANG Wei (Department of Neurology, Liangxiang Hospital of Fangshan District, Beijing 102400, P.R.China ) [[bstract] Objective To explore and analyze the blood homocysteine levels and its related factors in patients with cerebral infarction by the test. Methods Selected 200 cases of patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in our hospital of neurology as experimental group,selected 200 cases of healthy people in our hospital as control group,two groups of blood levels of homocysteine were compared, related factors in patients with blood homocysteine levels were explored. Results The group of cerebral infarction patients with homocysteine levels were significantly higher than that of the normal control group, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Effect in the study group, cerebral infarction in patients of ALT level, AST level, GGT level and GLU level with the levels of homocysteine were positively correlated, P0.05,there were statistical significance.
