Module 2 Unit 2 What traditions do you have at Spring Festival? （外研版 初一下册 ） 课型：Reading and writing 教学目标 1．知识和技能目标 （1）词汇：掌握tradition, bad, luck, paint, mean, decorate, decoration, paper cut, everyone, haircut, give, dumping, sweet, fireworks, few, a few, want, week, round, all the year round, bring, colour, something, cut, Christmas等词语，并围绕节日话题，运用所学词语来讲述中国人过春节的习俗，以及西方重大节日---圣诞节的一些习俗。 语法：巩固已学过的一般现在时和连词 “and”的用法。 技能：能读懂有关节日描述的短文，并能将段落与图片、段落与问题匹配；学会写要点和句子；能向人们介绍春节或其他中外节日。 2．情感目标：乐于了解异国重大节日，乐于参与相关英语实践活动。 学习策略：借助word map 分类学习和记忆单词，并能积极探索适合自己的记忆英语单词的方法。 文化意识：讲述春节习俗，传承中国文化；了解英语国家重要节日的主要庆祝方式。 3．教学重点和难点 运用文章中的重要词语、语段描述春节；用书中所给信息介绍圣诞节。 4.教学内容分析;本模块以学生熟悉的节日为话题，通过听读有关春节内容的对话和短文，使学生能够谈论或写出对该节日的介绍，并鼓励学生英语国家中重要的节假日极其主要庆祝方式。本模块的学习策略主要是通过词汇分类来帮助学生提高学习效率。 三、教学过程 Step 1.
